communionApril

30th April, 2023 Rev Grant Lawry led us in our worship service at. Communion was also celebrated.

Communion is a special celebration. We remember Jesus' death for us, we enjoy is presence with us and we look forward to the day when we meet Him face to face.

Luke 22:19-20 - And he took bread, and when he had given thanks, he broke it and gave it to them, saying, “This is my body, which is given for you. Do this in remembrance of me.” And likewise the cup after they had eaten, saying, “This cup that is poured out for you is the new covenant in my blood.

On Saturday 14th May, 2023, Rod Walsh from Creation Ministries blessed us with some historical and scientific reasons all supporting the great flood in Genesis.

Rod was able to share that the concept of an animal which had died was not able to remain in a state to be petrified for any length of time. So many questions that the myth of evolution raises are dissipated when we accept the Biblical of the Flood.

Special thanks to Rod and the model of the Ark that he brought and the extensive bookstore from Creation Ministries.

Thirteen visitors joined us and we all enjoyed supper and chatting afterwards.
